Compass Rose, Regent's main dining room, offers a build-your-own section alongside the nightly menu, which means anyone with a preference or a restriction eats well every night without negotiating. Pacific Rim, Prime 7 and Chartreuse are Regent's specialty dining restaurants and all are included in the fare.
Silversea offers variety and caviar
Silversea spreads its cooking across more distinct styles, and complimentary caviar is available around the clock. La Dame and Kaiseki carry cover charges. On port days, only their buffet (La Terrazza) and their pool grill (The Grill) are open for lunch.
Explora's hotel-style dining choice
