We collect only the information you provide directly — name, email, phone, travel preferences — through our trip inquiry form, email, or phone calls. We do not buy or sell personal data.

Cookies & Google Analytics

This website does not load any analytics or tracking scripts until you affirmatively accept the cookie consent banner. If accepted, we use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC ("Google"), to collect information about how visitors interact with our website. The customer (referred to as "You") agrees and understands that by using Ben's Luxury Journeys LLC services for the booking of any travel services, certain personal identifying information may be conveyed to third parties relevant and necessary to the transportation and accommodation of your travel. Ben's Luxury Journeys LLC shall not be responsible for the further use of said information by third parties or by the customer.

Personal Information Included

The personal information obtained by Ben's Luxury Journeys LLC is the private information of individuals such as birth dates, passport numbers, dates of travel, occupation, destination, preferences of accommodation and meals, health information, frequent-flyer and other membership numbers, bank accounts and credit cards, and other payment methods or financial information necessary to secure travel.

Sharing With Other Persons

You agree that you have the legal right to share the personal information described above of other persons with whom you may be traveling and with whom you agree to provide Ben's Luxury Journeys LLC said information. You will not hold Ben's Luxury Journeys LLC liable for the distribution of this information to necessary third-party suppliers or the further sharing or use of this information by the third-party supplier. Our liability for the failure of any such Foreign Supplier to protect your personal information is specifically excluded. If you have any concern about the disclosure of personal information to a Foreign Supplier you should advise us in writing well in advance of any travel reservation or other arrangement being made with or involving such Foreign Supplier on your behalf.

How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Information?

Your personal identifying information is retained only so long as we need it to provide information for the sole use of Travel Services and other services to you, and for a reasonable length of time thereafter to meet any identified purpose or other legal or business purpose.

Disclosure to Foreign Parties

Disclosure of personal identifying information to any foreign third-party supplier/vendor should be advised in writing in advance of any travel reservation or other travel arrangements made involving any third-party foreign supplier/vendor. Ben's Luxury Journeys LLC may update the personal information kept on file either digitally or on paper, and shall not bear responsibility for any personal information that is inaccurate.

Limitations on Accuracy and Updating

You agree to provide updated personal information to Ben's Luxury Journeys LLC as necessary for booking travel procedures. Ben's Luxury Journeys LLC will take all necessary precautions and follow all protocols reasonable to protect your personal information, but is not responsible for any improper use of your personal information that is beyond our reasonable control.

Third-Party Embeds

Our trip-inquiry pages embed a secure form from our client-portal provider (Travel Joy), and our newsletter button opens a signup hosted by our travel network. Their privacy policies apply when you interact with them.

Your Rights

California (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, request deletion, and opt out of any "sale" of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

CIPA: We do not record, monitor, or intercept communications with visitors. Inquiries submitted by phone or email are reviewed only by Ben and authorized staff.

Data Retention

We retain inquiry and booking information for as long as the client relationship is active, plus the period required for accounting, supplier records, and applicable law.
